Ingredients:

Nettle strengthen the Lung and act as an anti-inflammatory to aid with respiratory issues such as asthma and bronchitis, in addition to seasonal allergies. The herb also has cooling properties

Borage (wild crafted)has a high concentration of GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid. GLA has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may reduce inflammation associated with various conditions, including allergies.

Mullein is a natural antihistamine properties and anti-inflammatory effects. It helps moderate the body's response to allergens, reducing symptoms like sneezing and nasal congestion can also act as an expectorant, potentially helping to clear mucus from the airways, which can be beneficial during allergic reactions.

Red Rooibos contains flavonoids like quercetin, which may help block the release of histamine, a chemical involved in allergic reactions. Rooibos may help reduce inflammation in the airways and sinuses, which can contribute to allergy symptoms.

Elderberries are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and high anthocyanin content. Anti-inflammatory foods are a great food for generally supporting good health and boosting the immune system, while anthocyanins in specific are anti-allergenic, reducing the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (runny nose).

Peppermint contains rosmarinic acid and menthol, which can help reduce inflammation, clear congestion, and provide a soothing, cooling sensation.

Cranberries  (freeze dried)can offer some benefits for managing seasonal allergies due to their high content of vitamin C and antioxidants. They also contain quercetin, a natural antihistamine that can help combat allergy-related symptoms like runny nose and watery eyes.

Directions: Use one teaspoon of tea in hot water.  Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
